Etiquette and Policies
Arrivals
You are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals for any services may requires a reduce scheduled treatment time or a rescheduling of your appointment.
Special Requests
You can request a specific technician for only one of your treatment at a time.
Health
Please inform us of any health issues, injuries, allergies, etc. that may make the treatments you have chosen unsuitable. We will advise safer alternatives or to consult with your physician.
Etiquette
As a courtesy to all of our guests, we ask that you speak with a quiet voice and turn off or silent mode your cell phone while in the service areas.
Loss or Damage
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items and valuables during your visit.
Children
In consideration of safety, children must be under adult supervision at all times. Salon services are available for guests of all ages.
Cancellations
For single service, please call (650) 298-8586 or text (650) 556-6321 to cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time
